WHAT TO EAT FOR A HEALTHY AND PRODUCTIVE DAY (AKA DIET PLAN)

 So you figured out how to start class 10. But when you actually start studying you don't feel energetic

 and even feel very lethargic. So, if you follow this diet plan, I'm sure you won't feel lazy.





1). Once you wake up in the morning, first thing that you should do is drink warm water. Believe me,

cold water is not good for your body, or at least in the early morning. If you are uncomfortable with

drinking warm water whole day, drink it in the morning, and for the rest of the day, stick to room-

temperature water.


2). Before leaving for school, make sure to eat some raisins which have been soaked in water over 

night.


3). In the evening, after coming back from school and having your lunch, you should either have some 

fruits or ,if you ask me, eat some channe with some dry raisins. This combo will give you instant

 energy (not like the one you get from coffee which gets over in an hour).


4). Before going to bed, have some warm milk with maybe some turmeric powder mixed in it.


While studying: If you ever feel hungry while studying, then your first priority should be fruits. Don't

eat any fast food like thing. It will make to lose your concentration. If fruits aren't available, then you

can eat some dry fruits (almonds, walnuts etc.) or maybe something that is light and can be eaten 

quickly.


**NOTE: This is my own diet plan and i give no guarantee that it will work perfectly for you. Though

it is a very good plan and you should go for it, but if you find it not so good then just ignore it.
